By downloading, installing, or using Nurse Tips Review & Quiz ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2 Description of Service
Nurse Tips Review & Quiz is a nursing education application that provides:
- Study materials, quizzes, and flashcards
- Clinical references and drug information
- Community chat and study groups
- Leaderboards and gamification features
- AI-powered learning assistance
- Exam preparation resources

3 User Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the App
- One account per person — multiple accounts may be terminated
- You may delete your account at any time through Settings
4 Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Share harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content in community features
- Harass, bully, or threaten other users
- Spam or send unsolicited messages
- Impersonate other users or staff
- Share misleading or dangerous medical information
- Attempt to exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer the App
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the App
- Manipulate leaderboards, XP, or gamification systems
- Share your account credentials with others
Violation of these rules may result in warnings, mutes, temporary bans, or permanent account termination at our discretion.
5 Community Guidelines
When using chat, study groups, and social features:
- Be respectful and supportive of fellow learners
- Keep discussions relevant to nursing education
- Do not share patient information or violate HIPAA
- Report inappropriate content using the in-app report feature
- Messages may be moderated by admins for community safety
6 Subscriptions & Payments
- The App offers both free and premium subscription tiers
- Premium subscriptions are billed through Google Play
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- Refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policy
- We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice
- Free features may change over time
7 Intellectual Property
All content in the App, including but not limited to text, questions, explanations, illustrations, code, and design, is owned by Nurse Tips Review & Quiz or its licensors and is protected by copyright law.
- You may not copy, redistribute, or sell any App content
- You may not screenshot and share quiz questions commercially
- User-generated content (chat messages) remains yours, but you grant us a license to display it within the App
8 Content Accuracy
We strive to provide accurate, up-to-date nursing education content. However:
- Medical guidelines and protocols change over time
- Content may contain errors despite our review process
- Drug information should be verified with current references
- We are not liable for clinical decisions made based on App content
9 Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- We are not responsible for data loss due to technical issues
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months
10 Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

- Attempt to manipulate or exploit the App
- Use the App for unauthorized commercial purposes
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through Settings or our account deletion page.
11 Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through the appropriate legal channels.
